📝 Cancellation Policy

At Cocoa Care Club, we’re committed to making self-care feel good — and that includes being transparent about your subscription terms. Below is our full cancellation policy, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


💖 Month-to-Month Subscriptions

Our month-to-month plan is a flexible option that can be cancelled anytime.

  • To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, cancellations must be made before the 5th of each month.

  • If cancellation occurs after the 5th, the box for that month will be processed and sent, and your cancellation will apply from the following month.

  • Once a payment has been processed, we cannot offer refunds.


📦 6-Month and 12-Month Subscriptions

These subscriptions are pre-committed plans and offer discounted pricing in exchange for a minimum term commitment.

  • By purchasing a 6- or 12-month plan, you agree to pay for all 6 or 12 boxes, respectively.

  • You may pause your subscription for a short time (e.g. if you’re away or need a break), but the full number of payments will still be required over time. You can do this by contacting us at Customercare@cocoacareclub.com.au. prior to the 5th of the month. 

  • Pausing does not cancel your subscription — it only defers shipment.

  • These plans are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled mid-term unless required under Australian Consumer Law (e.g. in cases of major faults with the service).


🔁 Auto-Renewal Notice

All subscriptions (including 6- and 12-month plans) will automatically renew at the end of their term unless cancelled beforehand.

  • Renewal will be month to month after the term length,  at the current subscription price.

  • To avoid auto-renewal, please ensure cancellation is made before the 5th of the final active month of your subscription.


⚖️ Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

This policy operates in line with Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees your right to remedies in the event of a major issue with a product or service. However, change-of-mind cancellations or refunds are not required by law and are therefore not available for our prepaid subscriptions.
