1. About Us
Cocoa Care Club is a monthly wellness subscription box designed to help you invest in your mental, emotional, and physical self-care. Each box includes hand-picked self-care products, activities, and motivational tools that align with our monthly theme.
2. Subscriptions & Billing
When you subscribe, you agree to the following plans:

Month-to-Month Plan:
$99.95/month + $12.99 shipping.
Cancel anytime before the 5th of the month to avoid the next billing. -
6-Month Plan:
$89.95/month with free shipping.
Requires 6 total payments. -
12-Month Plan:
$84.95/month with free shipping.
Requires 12 total payments.
All plans auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.
3. Cancellation Policy

Month-to-Month Subscriptions:
Cancel anytime before the 5th of the month to avoid being charged for the next box. -
6- and 12-Month Subscriptions:
These are locked-in pricing plans. You’re committing to the full duration (6 or 12 payments).
You can pause your box if needed, but payments must still be completed.
Please note: We do not offer refunds once payment has been processed.
4. Shipping

Boxes ship on the 20th of each month and are designed to arrive before the 1st of the following month.

Please double-check your shipping address. We’re not responsible for delays caused by incorrect info.
5. Refunds & Returns
Due to the curated and limited nature of our boxes, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind.
If an item arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right 💌
6. Product Substitutions
If an item becomes unavailable, we may swap it with another product of equal or greater value. We’ll always do our best to stay on-theme and on-vibe.
7. Promotions & Discounts
Promotions are available for a limited time only and may not be applied to past purchases or combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
