📦 When do boxes ship?
Boxes ship on the 20th of each month so they land on your doorstep before the 1st — because nothing screams fresh start like a surprise at your door just in time for a new month ✨📬
📆 When do I need to cancel by?
If you’re on a month-to-month plan, you’ll need to cancel before the 5th of the month to avoid being charged for that month’s box. After that, it’s all yours!
🔁 Is this a one-time box or a subscription?
Cocoa Care Club is a subscription (because self-care shouldn’t be a one-time thing). All plans are auto-renewed — but you can cancel any time before the 5th if you're on a monthly plan 💕
📬 Can I gift a box?
Absolutely! Whether it’s for your bestie, your mum, or your future self — just pop their name + shipping details in at checkout and we’ll take care of the rest 💌
❌ Can I cancel anytime?
If you're on the month-to-month plan, yes — just cancel before the 5th and you won’t be charged again.
6- or 12-month plans are prepaid and non-refundable, but hey — that’s 6 months of loving yourself. Worth it.
🧠 What if I’ve already read the book?
We try to keep the picks fresh and lesser-known — but if you already own it, gift it to a friend. Sharing wisdom = ✨ good karma ✨
