We’re all about timely self-care ✨ Here’s everything you need to know about how your Cocoa Care Club box makes its way to your doorstep.


📦 When do boxes ship?

We ship all subscription boxes on the 20th of each month.

This timing is designed so your box arrives before the 1st of the following month, giving you a fresh start for the new theme and your next self-care era.


🚚 Who do you ship with?

We ship Australia-wide using trusted, trackable courier services like Australia Post or Sendle. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.


📬 Where do you ship?

Currently, we ship within Australia only. We’re hoping to expand internationally in the future!


📦 Shipping Fees

  • Month-to-Month Subscriptions: $12.99 flat rate

  • 6 & 12-Month Subscriptions: FREE shipping, always


📝 Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for boxes lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

If you need to update your address, please email us at customercare@cocoacareclub.com.au before the 5th of the month.


❗ Missed Deliveries or Returns

If your box is returned to us due to an incorrect or unclaimed delivery, we’re happy to resend — but a reshipping fee will apply.


🧁 Damaged or Missing Items

We pack with love (and bubble wrap), but if your box arrives damaged or missing something, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll sort it out 💖

How cute are you! Just enter the recipient’s address at checkout and we’ll take care of the rest — you can even add a note if gifting is enabled.
